    I did straight leg situps. #20 wb x100 then #14 x 50 as the 20 was getting to be too much. #95 on the bench.

    That was a tough one.

    • Good WOD. 30x GHD and 20x straight-legged situps to start, then 95 on the bar and 20 on the wallball, with Andrew and Jim. Honestly didn’t mind that one much at all, but I should have thrown a bit more weight on the bar. Will need to remember that for next time
