5 DB Bench Press+20 Pushups+ 10 Barbell Curls

  1. 65,70,75 lbs for part 1. I think that’s the heaviest I’ve ever done overhead.
    2×20 for bench press, banded push ups that got me so I had to drop counts ( 20,20,15,8,8), barbell curls at 35 lbs.

    115# for the clean complex
    2x 35# for the bench press, and an empty bar for the curls
