#145. I’m happy with that as it’s my pr for overheads.
Fun WOD today. Used #147 for the barbell work, #50×2 -> #55 for the DB bench
65,70,75 lbs for part 1. I think that’s the heaviest I’ve ever done overhead.
2×20 for bench press, banded push ups that got me so I had to drop counts ( 20,20,15,8,8), barbell curls at 35 lbs.
