    Hit up 185 on the barbell and stuck with 8 / 7 on each round of deadlifts. Subbed straight-legged situps for the GHD, and ran 2 rounds, bike-erg’d 3 rounds (800m).

    Good little mix of movements.

  2. Did this one at home… at 2:30pm, peak heat! Not so smart!
