  1. Great workout with the 5am class and coach Seth!

    Got 150m bike into round 9.
    Subbed 400m bike for the run and sit-ups for push-ups.
    Used a green band for pull-ups.

  2. Hit 20 minutes with 7 squats left of my 6th round, so I finished those after!

    200m run
    Alternated 5 ring rows or 5 negative pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 air squats
