    175 lbs. (failed at 7, waited then finished reps 7 and 8)

    Part 2:

    105 lbs.
    125 lbs.
    135 lbs.

  2. Part 1 (backsquats): 165/180/195/210
    Part 2 (frontsquats): 135/145/155, 150lb sandbag

    Abs still crunchy from Saturday’s GHD, the post-wod ab finisher was rough

  3. Back:
    95 x 10
    105 x 8
    115 x 8
    125 x 6 (I should’ve done 8 but I gave in to that lazy voice inside my head🤦‍♀️)

    Front:
    85 x 5
    95 x 5
    105 x 5

    Sandbag carry: 80lbs
