    Subbed 5k bike erg for each run.
    10 ghd, 10 straight leg, 10 knee raises for each of the other sets.

    Jess and I just did a 40min run yesterday so 3 miles wasn’t in the cards today.

      • hmm I thought my time was 27:01 but you finished before me Jess so now I don’t know if I remembered that right heh

        Split into 15/15 hanging knee raises / GHD, did a 1 mile run for the first and 4k on the bike for the second.

  2. Scaled this one back to 1200m for each of the runs, and did 20 straight leg sit ups and 10 knee raises. Finished somewhere around 27:30
