Three Position Clean + Jerk Complex, 5 Sets of the following:
1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean (Below Knee) + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk

How to approach the lifts
Work up to a comfortable weight
Complete in singles to maintain form (after full squat clean go right into the jerks).
Jerks can be Split or Push
Record each set as 1 of your scores for load
Solid barbell WOD. Built up to 145 over the course of it
Worked up to #115, got through the first two cleans at #125, and then power cleaned the third. Dropped down to #95 to practice for the last 5 mins.
Did a warm up at #95 then into increasing lifts at #105, #115, #125, #135, #145
Worked up to #130. Was able to do #125 without dropping the bar, but went to quick singles for #130.
Solid push from Christina to get me to go to 130 for (I think) a PR!
