Started with row/GHD. Didn’t modify reps. Did my GHDs to parallel and swapped out 10 in the middle round for straight-legged situps ’cause my legs were gassed.
8:17 first round, timecapped the second round at 25:30 after 10/20 burpees but went on to finish the whole thing around 28:30 or so (hard to be sure since the clock stopped)
