Did the clean and jerks. #95 to #145.
Based my numbers off my power snatch 1RM, figuring I’d start with squat snatches and transition into power when I couldn’t overhead squat the weight anymore. Instead I managed to squat snatch ’em all, blowing my old squat snatch record out of the water.
