  1. Based my numbers off my power snatch 1RM, figuring I’d start with squat snatches and transition into power when I couldn’t overhead squat the weight anymore. Instead I managed to squat snatch ’em all, blowing my old squat snatch record out of the water.

    Round 1: 80/84/89/95
    Round 2: 89/95/99/104
    Round 3: 99/104/109/115

    My previous best was 95
