100 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
125 Push Presses 95lbs/65lbs
150 Back Squats 95lbs/65lbs
Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.

That was a tough one this morning. Stuck to 5 kipping pullups + as many ring rows as possible per minute, and threw 85lbs on the bar for the other parts.
Timecapped everything hah; got 53 reps on the pulling, 104 push press, 81 squats before time. Got a hell of a workout tho
Holy heck that was a tough one eh. Nice work ….👊🏻 The squats surprisingly kicked my ass. Arms were rubbery for sure
I was super-surprised at how quickly the squats caught up to me. I didn’t expect to get fewer reps than presses. The presses were wild too; I’d be chunking some out ezpz then I’d hit a wall and my shoulders would just instantly fatigue
My arms are currently malfunctioning lol. Of course my core is still recovering from last week’s GHD WOd.

I finished around 41:30 (had 10 squats left at the time cap and finished them after)
Alternated between ring rows and jumping pull ups, and used 65# for the push presses and squats.
This was one of those WODs you had to push mentally and go into a “dark place”. You know it’s going to hurt but it won’t kill you.
Lots of volume tonight. Split C2B and pull-ups 50/50 and 95# bar.
