    Did k2e and used 14lb wall ball

    Was able to do the 50 burpees unbroken at my “recovery” pace and aimed for sets of 15 on the wall ball but ended up with a few air balls that threw my rhythm off.

  3. modified to kipping knee-raises. Finished 1 round + 21 reps. Overall I probably should have rested a bit less, the mental is tough to get through 🙂

    I’m surprised how quickly the 50 burpees were done though
