5 rounds + 6 squat snatches @ #65
Not sure I’ve ever done squat snatches before except as part of a warm up.
I can’t remember the last time I did overhead squats!
Used 55lbs for 2, and 60lbs for 3 in the the strength part.
Used 45lbs and did burpees over a parallette for conditioning. 5 rounds + 7 burpees
Built to 75 on part 1; used that in part 2 as well and got 3 rounds + 2
Part one:
55lbs for 3
65lbs for 2
Part two:
4 rounds + 3, switched to step overs partway through, 55lbs
