Did 3 sets of 65 and 2 sets of 70 in part 1
Part 2: 55lbs and bikeErg. The snatches caught up quicker than I thought they would. Finished 14/16 cals.
Part 1: #75, #85, #95, #85.
The #95 felt unstable so went back down as I’m more interested in getting the technique before the numbers.
Part 2: #55 and bike erg (46, 36, 26, 16).
Completed 5/20 snatches at time.
Arms a bit sore from yesterday.
