Scaled to 1 rope climb per round. Consistently completed 2rds + 1 climb with about 15s to get just back to rower. Climbs are feeling best yet but also like there’s a long way to go. Progress though. Down felt a lot less scary than in the past. Reply
Scaled to 4 rope pulls from the ground, got to Round 3 of each round on the rower, but only a few cals. Reply
