Part 1. In Teams of 2-3 perform 1 Round each of the following: Back Squats (Run the Stack) 
**Start with a weight that is challenging for 5 reps, proceed to take 10-20lbs off every 5 reps until you 
finish with the empty bar. This will require you to load the bar with small change plates** 
***There is no rest, rest is removing weights off of the bar*** 

Part 2. 5 Rounds 
10- Barbell Hip Thrusts 
20- DB RDL’s
30- Jump Squats

Part 3. 5 Rounds 
15/12 Calories Echo Bike or 18/15 Calories Bike Erg 
10- Burpees
