Opted to workout at home today. First workout back after about a week and an half off due to working and taking a workout hiatus last week.
Part 1
Did 5 rounds of 10 goblet squats with my new 10 kg kettle bell
Part 2
Replaced pull ups and chest to bar with jumping pull ups (using my son’s pull up bar) and replaced burpee pull ups with burpees due to space issue with pull up bar. Did single unders for double unders. Good workout and feels good to be back at it!
