  1. Worked out at home today. Did today’s WOD in 14:33 with 15 lb dumbbell and did Abmat sit-ups for GHD
    Put a deposit down on a spinning bike yesterday so when the unexpected basement reno ( thanks to my new year’s day flood) is done I will have another piece of equipment to my home fitness. Will definitely be great when I’m working nights and can’t make it to the gym!
