    We did 10 min AMRAP of
    30 Lunges (20lbs)
    20 Weighted Sit-ups (10lbs)
    15 French Press (10lbs)

    3 Rounds + 9 sit-ups
    Round Times: 2:47, 2:50, 2:51

    Followed by the posted accessory work.

  2. JJT morning video wod is back! Others always welcome to join us.

    Decided to add #20 db to the lunges and sit-ups. Subbed DB French press for the chair dips (#20).

    3 rds complete + 11 lunges.

  4. Back at it with Crystal and Makayla!

    A workout after 3 months, that was fun. Bodyweight movements only, and subbed crunches for sit ups. Reps as written. 3 rounds + 20 lunges.
