2x35lbs for deadlifts
2x20lbs for step ups
Started with v-ups to offset with Jim
Same setup. Tough wod. I’m genuinely beat despite getting a consistent 1:1 rest (approx)
Don’t have a matching pair of dumbbells, so I did my deadlifts with a 30lb kb in one hand and a 45lb dumbbell in the other, switching each round
Held the 45 on my shoulder for the stepups, and just did plain ol’ alt v-ups.
Definitely a dose that’s for sure
