  1. Don’t have a matching pair of dumbbells, so I did my deadlifts with a 30lb kb in one hand and a 45lb dumbbell in the other, switching each round

    Held the 45 on my shoulder for the stepups, and just did plain ol’ alt v-ups.

    Definitely a dose that’s for sure
