Crystal and I also did yesterday’s partner workout today. 33:48 total. 15 lb dumbbells. Didn’t track individual rounds.
Holy smokes! Yesterday’s workout was a gasser. Congrats Division you got me wheezing. Used my 30# for both movements.
I started and finished 1st round at 3:30 after that didn’t track until we were done. And yep 33:48 whew. Must. Go. Rest….
