  1. Wanted to spare my knee a bit today, so took elements from both wods:
    12 alt db snatches (35#)
    8 lunges (35#)
    6 turkish get-ups (10# kb with bell facing upwards)

    Set 1: 2 Rounds + 6 lunges
    Set 2: 2 Rounds + 1 TGU
