Taking a snow day as Crystal will be shoveling snow. I will be lazy and work. lol.
Warmup: 20min shoveling.
Used my lopsided 1x45lb + 1x14kg weight setup for the devil’s press, switched ’em out every round to try to balance it out a bit.

Cooldown: another hour of shoveling.
Then, for a mid-afternoon mini-WOD, another 30min of shoveling.
