  1. Warmup: 20min shoveling.

    Used my lopsided 1x45lb + 1x14kg weight setup for the devil’s press, switched ’em out every round to try to balance it out a bit.

    3:51 / 3:55 / 4:08

    Cooldown: another hour of shoveling.

    Then, for a mid-afternoon mini-WOD, another 30min of shoveling.

    Then I dreamt of shoveling.

    Then I woke up the next day and proceeded to shovel some more, but I’ll cover that in my Tuesday comment
