Bear crawls would be awkward in my space and I’ve done a ton of mountain climbers recently so I knocked out Thursday’s WOD solo today, as JJ weren’t workin’ out this morning.
Used my lopsided weights (45lb / 14kg) for the deadlifts, swapping hands each round, rested 1:1 between sets. Similar to A from team CAM I wasn’t really looking forward to the burpees each round 😉

Pike position from chair with shoulder taps instead of handstand walks.
Seated strict press instead of hand-release pushups.
