  1. Bear crawls would be awkward in my space and I’ve done a ton of mountain climbers recently so I knocked out Thursday’s WOD solo today, as JJ weren’t workin’ out this morning.

    Used my lopsided weights (45lb / 14kg) for the deadlifts, swapping hands each round, rested 1:1 between sets. Similar to A from team CAM I wasn’t really looking forward to the burpees each round 😉

    Total time was 18:24, I think? Round times: 1:48 / 2:03 / 2:00 / 2:07 / 2:26

  2. Team CAMeRa 😀 worked out again today. it was a good little workout.
    Pike position from chair with shoulder taps instead of handstand walks.
    Seated strict press instead of hand-release pushups.
    2x10lbs for deadlifts.
    10:31 mins total.
