Having just done Cindy yesterday, we swapped out Min 3 for 15 bicep curls.
I used 20lbs for RDLs and curls, glad I stuck with the lighter one for the RDLs as I barely finished in the minute each time.
Good WOD. Used my 45lb dumbbell for double-arm curls, which we swapped out instead of pullups, having done some Cindy rounds yesterday. 14kg kettlebell for the RDLs. Got through everything in a good amount of time. RDLs definitely took the longest; if you lost your balance it was game over man, GAME OVER
100% agree on the GAME OVER.
Used #35 for the curls. Those got spicy after a few rounds.
One of the best outcomes of lockdown is working out with my daughter over zoom even when she lives 5 hours away.
RDLs with my 30:went to the very last second. Focus!
And I did ring pull ups trying to get as horizontal as possible with sets of 10:each time.
