  1. Ouch. Jess remembered this was an open wod and looked it up. Was a 10m time cap, so we conservatively gave ourselves 20m.

    I waterfalled in behind Jess. She and Travis were almost done at time, so they made me finish it as well after I also hit time.

  2. I remember 19.3… and it had a 10min time cap. We decided we’d give ourselves a 20min time cap.
    However, I was heading out for my last set of bear crawl (down and back in the hallway = 50′) when my timer was at 19:40, so I finished it and would have been just over the 20 mins. I didn’t take split times like JT did, but it was roughly 4:30 for lunges (35# overhead, switching every 25′), 4:00 for box step-ups (35#), 10 for kipping HSPU w/one ab mat and 2:00 for the bear crawls.

  3. I looked exactly like these guys and finished in roughly the same time

    For real tho, 45lb dumbbell, pike pushups and bear crawls in the back half of the WOD, and came in at 21:34

    45lb, 200′ overhead lunges: 3:50
    45lb, 50 box step ups: 5:18
    50 pike pushups off box: 8:05
    200′ bear crawl: 4:21

  4. As we finish hopefully the last at home workout, a shout out to JJT for keeping us motivated, entertained and setting the pace for us every day!
    With team zoom CAMERa – Mak, Ruby and welcome Emma while Anshita is still recovering
    I chose 60 db reverse lunges, 50 db box step ups both with a single 30#, 50 push ups off the box and finished with a two minute handstand walk around the box
    Total time 13:08 (I was 6:36 at the halfway mark but really it was a blur)
    Mak and team did option one and swapped out plank shoulder taps for the last part. Maks time 7:52
