  1. Equipment version but regular burpees.

    I don’t know why, but I expected the 2 halves of this wod to be more equal than they were. I was very wrong about that.

    Accessory work really targeted the exact muscles that were most sore from yesterday. That first bird dog my glutes were already expressing discontent with the concept.
