**Focus on the pelvic tilt and maintaining tension the whole time

Part 2. Tabata Hollow hold 

Part 3. 30 Rounds 
30 Seconds WORK
30 Seconds REST
Choose one machine: bike/row/runner and stay on that machine the whole time 
Goal to be consistent every round aim for same number of metres
Should be gassed after the 30 seconds and need the rest
