Created for novice and advanced Athletes in weightlifting, and for those interested in improving their lifts for CrossFit.

Requirements: Need to have a basic understanding of the snatch, clean and jerk with a willingness to work hard.

If you are a beginner and would like some one on one coaching with the Olympic Lifts please feel free to contact info@crossfitdivision.com. You will learn the basics of the snatch, clean and jerk.
