Fall 2017 Crossfit Kids Program:

Foundational Movement and Skill Development

When: Sundays from 11am-12pm
 
Starts – Sunday September 10th
Ends – Sunday December 10th (total of 12 sessions)
 
(No session on October 22nd and November 12th)
 
Where: 505 Conestogo Road, Unit 8, Waterloo ON
 
Who: Ages 7-12
 
Cost: $15 Drop-in or $150 for all sessions
(For members, 12$/session for your child)
 
What they will get:

A program that involves constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for children at any fitness level.  Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids:  play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump! We’ll play games, learn new skills, complete an end-of-session workout and have fun each session!

One-on-one, Semi-Private:

If you want one-on-one or semi-private sessions for you child, please contact Rachael to discuss goals, hours and fees and what would work best for you and/or your child! What does this include?

  • In-gym training
  • Goal setting and accountability practices
  • Individualized programs
