Winter/Spring 2018 CrossFit Kids Program

Foundational Movement and Skill Development


When: Sundays from 11:30am-12:30pm
Starts – Sunday March 4th 
Ends – Sunday May 20th (total of 12 sessions)
Where: 505 Conestogo Road, Unit 8, Waterloo ON
Who: Ages 6-12
Non-member Drop-in = $15/session
Non-member Pay-In-Full = $155 for all sessions
Member Drop-in = $13/session
Member Pay-In-Full = $125 for all sessions
What they will get:

A program that involves constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for children at any fitness level.  Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids:  play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump! We’ll play games, learn new skills, complete an end-of-session workout and have fun each session!


One-on-one, Semi-Private:

If you want family, one-on-one or semi-private sessions for your child, please contact Rachael to discuss goals, hours and fees and what would work best for you and/or your child! What does this include?

– In-gym training
– Goal setting and accountability practices
– Individualized programs
