Fall 2017 Crossfit Kids Program:
Foundational Movement and Skill Development
A program that involves constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for children at any fitness level. Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids: play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump! We’ll play games, learn new skills, complete an end-of-session workout and have fun each session!
If you want one-on-one or semi-private sessions for you child, please contact Rachael to discuss goals, hours and fees and what would work best for you and/or your child! What does this include?
