Foundational Movement and Skill Development



Sundays from 11:30am-12:30pm

Starts: Sunday June 24th

Ends: Sunday August 5th (total of 6 sessions)

(No class on July 22nd)

All abilities, ages 5-11


Drop-in: $15/session

Pay-In-Full: $75 for all sessions (1 session free)

What they will get:

A program that involves constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for children at any fitness level.  Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids:  play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump! We’ll play games, learn new skills, complete an end-of-session workout and have fun each session!


One-on-one, Semi-Private:

If you want family, one-on-one or semi-private sessions for your child, please contact Rachael to discuss goals, hours and fees and what would work best for you and/or your child! What does this include?

– In-gym training
– Goal setting and accountability practices
– Individualized programs
