At-Risk Youth Program

We believe fitness can help kids grow into stronger and healthier individuals – both physically and mentally. With positive role models providing consistent coaching and mentoring, our kids learn life lessons in a supportive environment. They discover what they’re capable of and push themselves to work hard and set goals. It starts with a workout, but through friendship and teamwork CrossFit Division becomes a second home.
