CrossFit Classes produce elite results by effectively combining weight lifting (both Olympic and power), gymnastics and sprinting.  It is the program of choice of many firefighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, Navy SEALs, triathletes, and everyday folks looking to achieve elite levels of fitness.  Training sessions are high intensity and will focus on proper execution of all movements. To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery.

Open Gym
Sign up as normal and come on in for some mobility, make up a missed workout, or practice a skill you’d like to improve on. Come with a plan. Warm up thoroughly on your own and go about your business. Coaches are present for questions

Barbell Club
Created for novice and advanced Athletes in weightlifting, and for those interested in improving their lifts for CrossFit.

Requirements: Need to have a basic understanding of the snatch, clean and jerk with a willingness to work hard. 

If you are a beginner and would like some one on one coaching with the Olympic Lifts please feel free to contact info@crossfitdivision.com. You will learn the basics of the snatch, clean and jerk.

Corporate Wellness

We offer a Corporate Wellness Program for local business/corporations in the Kitchener -Waterloo Area program using CrossFit methodologies. We help build a healthier workforce, boost productivity and creates a stronger sense of community among your employees.

Teens Strength and Conditioning
Designed for 13-17 year old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines constantly varied age-appropriate and skill-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance.

CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is broad, inclusive general fitness program that helps shape lives over the long term. Through it your child will become faster and stronger, and discover real world skills all while having fun!

Gymnastics WOD
Our goal is to dedicate an hour per week specifically to gymnastics skills, to make you better cross-fitters, improve overall fitness. This class will be run like a regular daily WOD, but all skills will be gymnastics related. Each week will cover different skills, drills, movements and workouts. ALL scaling options, from beginner to advanced gymnastics abilities.
