The one on one Elements program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability. Athletes will graduate Elements with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

Looking to try out your crossfit programs. I ve been a runner and focused on cardio greatly, till a few months ago when I started lifting and noticed results I favoured more.
At present I do 3 -4 strength sessions a week and then a hot yoga on one of my days off. I still do a bit of cardio– through HITT and spin.
How do I get started with crossfit? What are the initial challenges new to crossfit people face?
