Part 1. 
DB Complex 4 Sets of 28 Reps
10- DB Deadlift
8- DB Hang Squat Clean
6- DB Split Jerk (3 right left/3 left leg)
4- DB Front Squats

Part 2. Back Squats 10-8-6-4-2
*Increase load after each set
*Perform 10 UNBROKEN wallballs 20lbs/14lbs after each set
*Every 90 seconds perform a set

  1. #30s for part 1. Still weary about back injury so didn’t want to push too hard overhead. Hardest part was keeping grip.

    Rd 1: 22.5#
    Rd 2: 30#
    Rd 3: 30#
    Rd 4: 35#

    Part 2:
    10 – 125#
    8 – 155#
    6 – 175#
    4 – 185#
    2 – 190#

  3. Did my DB complexes with a set of #35 for the first complex, up to #40 for the remaining 3

    Part 2: Used #20 wallball, and built weight 155#, 175#, 185#, 195#, 205#. Should have been a bit more aggressive with the weights but it was fine to get back into it.

  4. That was fun!
    Part 1 : #15, #20, #20, #22.5
    Part 2: 45, 50, 55, 60, 70. Pro Probably could have gone slightly heavier, but OK easing back into it.
    Used #8 for wallballs.
