*Increase load after each set
*Perform 10 UNBROKEN wallballs 20lbs/14lbs after each set
*Every 90 seconds perform a set

Part 2: Used #20 wallball, and built weight 155#, 175#, 185#, 195#, 205#. Should have been a bit more aggressive with the weights but it was fine to get back into it.
