Part 2. Every 3:00 for 15:00 Minutes (5 Rounds)
200m Run
20 Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16kg
10 DB Push Press 50lbs/35lbs
*All reps for part 1 and part 2 ideally done unbroken.

  1. Part 1. 6 rounds + 4 TTB RX
    Part 2. scaled to 16kg/35lbs and averaged 2min per round. Should probably have gone heavier.
