Great challenge in keeping the intensity high on the rowing! 🙂
The key to this for me was choosing a wise weight 🙈 to allow for quick return to the rower aka a light jog – coach Dave

Short of wanting to crawl to the rower, I opted for extra sets of snatches and OH squats 😂. A tough one but a good one
