Jim and I did the wod this morning along with Travis via video.
We each used a 35lb dumbbell, but I only did cleans due to shoulder injury.
We assumed it was meant to be at most 4 mins of work each round to get at least 1 min rest. It was just enough time for me to finish all the work each round.
Can confirm video call. Good to have good friends 🙂
I used my 14kg kettlebell. first round I was 9 c&j short, second I was 14 short, third I was 7 short (but finished after-time) – got through all the burpees though
I went the full 5 mins per round, no rest using 25#kb hang c&j
First 5 mins was short one C&J (so close)
Second 5 mins – short 5 C&J
Last 5 mins – completed 2 rounds plus 8 bp
Mak completed each set on time, and subbed with 12# med ball cleans
I went for 4 mins of work and 1 min rest using a 45 lb barbell. Short 10 c&j first round, short 15 c&j the 2nd round, and short 10 c&j 3 rd round. Very effective wod!
Did this Jan 1st… used 35lb DB.
