  1. Subbed 20 mountain climbers for the running and used a 20lb dumbbell for thrusters. First time using that weight on the left shoulder and each round was unbroken and pain free 🙂
    Round times: 2:03, 1:57, 1:55, 1:54

    • Also subbed 20 MC for run. #35 on thrusters. Right was way harder than left, I guess from the burpees.

      Puked between round 2 and 3. Mondays.

  2. I subbed hand release push-ups for the burpees and used a 15 lb dumbbell for the thrusters. Not sure of my timing for each set but my total time was 28:08, that was a soul sucker with the running! Glad it is done for the day!

  4. Subbed 8 shuttle runs in my basement for the 100m run, which averaged around 35-40sec per run – seemed reasonable compared to 100m.

    subbed 100m run with 45 sec of running around the apartment.

  6. Can’t run as I rolled over my ankle 😭😭😭😭😭 so I did

    Loved the run portion of this tonight – perfect cool air to cool off after those burpees and thrusters!
