20 Sit Ups 
10 Single Dumbbell Devils Press Or Up Downs 
20 Plate Ground to Overhead OR Dumbbell Clean and Jerks (50/35)

  1. Crystal and I did the partner workout today. total time 33:48. I used the 15 lbs dumbell, alternating v-up instead of sit ups, and up downs instead of a full devils press.
