I used 30# DBs, and did kipping pull-ups and rope climbs. We switched every 30s on the Echo.

Jim & I took this one on. Timecapped at 30m with 3/10 rope climbs done. I used 40# for the dumbbells, and we did banded strict pullups. Good amount of work, feelin’ it in the glutes today for sure
