In Teams of 2 complete the following:
10 Rope Climbs
300ft Front Rack Double Dumbbell Walking Lunge (2×50/35)
50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
100/80 Calorie Echo Bike
50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
100 Double Double Squats (2×50/35)
10 Rope Climbs
*Split all reps as desired. The lunges must be done in 50ft unbroken increments.

  1. Stacey and I partnered up for this one. Congrats on the rope climb!
    I used 30# DBs, and did kipping pull-ups and rope climbs. We switched every 30s on the Echo.

  2. Jim & I took this one on. Timecapped at 30m with 3/10 rope climbs done. I used 40# for the dumbbells, and we did banded strict pullups. Good amount of work, feelin’ it in the glutes today for sure
