    – finished the mile in 8:55
    – 5 rounds: 15 jumping squats, 10 alt-leg V-ups, 8 hand-release pushups
    – 5 rounds: 15 jumping squats, 10 alt-leg V-ups, 7 hand-release pushups

    I have a feeling a lot of these WFH (WODs from home) will be pretty cardio-intensive haha

    7:10 mile
    Squats and alt leg v-ups weren’t too bad but the Strict HSPUs were tough.

    Added a 2km row after to spice it up.
