  1. Joined Travis on hangouts video. We both did completely different 20 min AMRAPs. Mine was a variation on Monday’s wod:
    20 min AMRAP:
    4 HSPU
    8 Burpees
    12 Reverse Lunges w/35lb DB

    10 rounds + 4 lunges

    The most entertaining part was watching Travis do his power snatches while I was upside down in my HSPU!

    • I basically did today’s, but modified to 20min to match the timing of Jess’ AMRAP

      10 toe raises
      20 alternating KB power snatches (14KG)
      60 double-unders

      I got 5 rounds + 1 toe raise in the 20min. Starting to feel the groove of those doubleunders

  2. Modified skips for bike, used a 30 lbs kettlebell. Finished my last round past the clock but completed 6 rounds. Ended with 1 minute plank to round my time of movement to 20 minutes total!

  3. Today’s garage gym WOD:

    Part 1
    OTM 15 Minutes
    Bench Press, 3 reps (unbroken for each set of 3)

    Part 2

    Three rounds for time:
    Run 400 meters
    1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
    12 Pull-ups

    Part 1 – did 205# for the first 10 rounds, then 195# for 1 round then 185$ for the last 4
    Part 2 – 8:05 as Rx’d – just couldn’t stay on the bar for the last set of 12 upllups.
