Tough wod today was in a team of two instead of three. Nicole was a fabulous partner especially when she took the brunt of the front squats. We miscounted and did some extra work #itsgoodforyou
We did performance and got 28 cals into the 4th bike

Teamed up with Eric and we got to 3 reps on the front squats RX. I don’t know what kinda noises I was making during those push jerks, but I’m sure it didnt sound or look pretty #hurtsogood
This was an AMAZING workout today.
