I’m out of town this week… so did this at Anytime Fitness.

Did the burpees in an 8min EMOM style… then slow and steady on the rower. RIP Brittany
I think my time was just slightly over the 30 min time cap (staggered start and didn’t look at the clock). 70 Burpees + 80 Cals on the bike + 2000m row. Thanks to Mandy for sticking with me on the rowing. 🙂
