  1. T was out today, so JJ had to go it alone. Since we *just* did thruster on Wed, we opted to do yesterday’s bonus wod instead.

  2. Tail-end of my booster hangover this morning said “nope, you’re not getting up and doing a WOD”.

    By noon though, I felt basically normal, so I did the same as JJ above, but solo.

    Crystal and I also did yesterday’s partner workout today. 33:48 total. 15 lb dumbbells. Didn’t track individual rounds.

  4. Holy smokes! Yesterday’s workout was a gasser. Congrats Division you got me wheezing. Used my 30# for both movements.
    I started and finished 1st round at 3:30 after that didn’t track until we were done. And yep 33:48 whew. Must. Go. Rest….
